Séverine
Bonjour, I’m Séverine, a women’s health advocate and digital educator passionate about helping women understand their bodies through science-backed, practical insights. With a background in genetics, physiology, molecular biology, and biotechnology innovation, I use my expertise to cut through misinformation and share reliable guidance on women’s health and overall well-being.
As the founder of SARGENIUM, I bring to you French best practices in women’s health and a global perspective to topics like infertility, pregnancy, birth control methods, STI, menopause and hormonal issues among many others.
I’m from Paris and I’ve lived in London and Milan before moving to Philadelphia. I have friends and family from around the world and I’ve seen firsthand how different cultures approach menstrual health, prenatal care, menopause awareness, abortion, and sexual health among other sensitive subjects. My goal is to make this knowledge more accessible, blending scientific research with real-world experience so all women can make informed choices about their health.
Right now, I’m deepening my expertise by pursuing the Postgraduate University Diploma in Sexual Health for All from the Faculty of Health Sciences at La Sorbonne University Paris, further strengthening my commitment to delivering accurate, evidence-based information on women’s health to my audience.
Join me on TikTok and Instagram to explore women’s health, and the small, everyday changes that can make a big difference.
